As usual the vehicles are beautifully clean before we go out on each drive.
Before joining us at Kaingo a couple of nights ago, Paul and Wilma had been in Uganda with gorillas and hadn't seen any giraffe at all this trip to Africa. We mentioned it to Sandy as we got in the truck this morning and to our amazement about 2 mins out of camp we bumped into this Tower -
It's not till you see Mum and Dad that you realise the first ones were only babies
Photobombed by a giraffe
Wilma now believes what we say about Sandy - he'll get you whatever you want to see!!

This morning we headed back to the Carmine Bee Eater hide for another frustrating attempt to get a good shot of the little whatsists
As we rowed back across the water, the light and reflections were beautiful.
Brunch was again served in the glorious Ebony Grove, and I forgot to say the other day they even rig up a toilet with seat (only a drop one but even so)
Playing around with ICM (intentional camera movement) - not sure if it works?
This afternoon we saw the other side of the cuddly little lion cubs when we came across their buffalo kill
A lot of the photos are a bit gruesome but hopefully by turning this one black and white it's a bit easier to view.
